Our Spa team has put a variety of new protocols in place to ensure everyone’s safety; staff and guests alike. Verbal screening will be mandatory before booking any appointments. Face masks must be worn inside The Spa at all times. We encourage you to click here for accurate and updated information on resort operations and protocols.
 

Helpful Hints For Returning

ARRIVAL
We request that you arrive no earlier than ten minutes prior to your appointment. Please wait outside of The Spa, in the lobby area. When The Spa attendant is ready for you, they will unlock the door and let you into the facility. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.
 
 
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
A minimum 24-hours cancellation notice is required to avoid cancellation fees. A minimum 48-hours cancellation notice is required for group bookings of 4 or more. Insufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.  A credit card is required for all bookings.
 
 
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications or other special needs that require our attention.


BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, YOU MUST VERIFY...
That you have not returned from domestic or international travel in the past 14 days.
That you have not had any close contact with someone with Covid-19 within the past 14 days.
That you have not been in close contact with anyone who travelled domestically or internationally in the past 14 days.
That you have not experienced any cold or flu like symptoms in the past 14 days.

  

SPA USE / AMENITIES
Spa services are available to guests aged 18 and older, unless accompanied by an adult. All spa services include complimentary use of the spa facilities including the outdoor plunge pool. Please note that not all of the spa amenities are open due to Provincial regulations. 
 
 
VALUABLES
Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. We are unable to replace lost or damaged items. Day lockers are available in the changerooms.
