5km Lighthouse Fun Run

Registration is now open for Cobble Beach’s 3rd Annual 5km Lighthouse Fun Run! Complete the course and enjoy a complimentary lunch and a refreshing drink at the finish line, courtesy of Three Sheets Brewing (for participants 19+). Proceeds from this event will go directly to support the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Grey Bruce.

Things To Note:

There are three start times, one for
- Racers who predict to finish in under 30 mins @ 1:00pm
- Runners who predict to finish in 30-45 minutes @ 1:05pm
- Joggers/walkers/dog walkers who predict to finish in over 45 minutes @1:10pm
Advance race registration is available Friday April 25 and Saturday 26th at the Clubhouse Guest Services Desk 10:00am - 7:00pm
Race day registration starts at 11:30am at the Cobble Beach Pavilion
All levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The route will wind its way through some of Cobble Beach's scenic trail system and golf cart paths, starting at the Wedding Lawn (between holes 9 & 18) and ending at the iconic Cobble Beach Lighthouse.
Running spikes are not permitted.
The run is rain, snow or shine!
Additional BBQ, hot drinks and cold beverages will be available for purchase at the pavilion during social hour.
Dogs and strollers are welcome on the course with care and caution. Please remember you are running/walking at your own risk on golf course paths and trails. Please be conscious of other participants if bringing your furry friend
Post-race social hour is at the pavilion
You do not need to be 19 to enjoy the event, but you must be 19 to enjoy the beer (valid ID required). Please drink responsibly. Participants under the age of 19 will receive a cold, non-alcoholic beverage.
