Deposits:
A 25% deposit is required for most reservations. The full amount for the room and tax will be processed 7 days prior to arrival, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
• This policy applies only to bookings made directly through Cobble Beach (www.cobblebeach.com) and not through third-party reservation agents.

Third-Party Reservations:
For reservations made through a third party (e.g., Expedia, online travel agents, Booking.com, Travelzoo, etc.), please refer to the original confirmation from the booking company for specific cancellation policies.
