Deposits:
A 25% deposit is required for most reservations. 100% of the room and tax amount will be processed 7 days from arrival, per our cancellation policy.

Cancellations:
Any cancellations made within 7-14 days of arrival will be charged 50% of their booking. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will be billed 100% of their booking. This policy only applies to bookings made directly through Cobble Beach (www.cobblebeach.com), not through a third-party reservation agent.

​Third-Party Reservations:
All reservations booked through a third party (i.e. Expedia, online travel agents, Booking.com, Travelzoo etc.) have specific cancellation policies. Please refer to your original confirmation with the company you booked with for your cancellation details.
