Initiation Fee – There is no initiation fee (it’s included with all new home purchases). However, a mandatory transfer fee applies to all resale purchases.

Junior Membership (18 years of age and under) – $995^*

Available to principal members’ children and grandchildren
No initiation fee while on this membership
Access to the course and playing privileges will be based on the assessment of the Golf Professional

Intermediate Jr Membership (19 to 23 years of age) – $2,370^*

Available to principal members’ children and grandchildren
No initiation fee while on this membership

Trial Intermediate Sr Membership (24 to 39 years of age) – $3,500^*

Limited availability to both non-resident and resident applicants
