ARRIVAL
We request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check-in. However, you are welcome to check in 15 minutes before your scheduled service to relax in our hot tub or steam room while preparing for your treatment. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.
WAIVER

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
A minimum 24-hour notice is required to avoid cancellation fees. A minimum 48-hour cancellation notice is required for group bookings of 4 or more. Insufficient cancellation notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. A credit card is required for all bookings.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications or other special needs that require our attention, including pregnancy.
SPA ATTIRE
Complimentary use of spa robes and slippers is provided for all guests. Our staff are professionally trained in proper draping to ensure modesty and comfort throughout your treatment.
SPA USE / AMENITIES
Spa services are available to guests aged 16 and older unless accompanied by an adult. Children must be supervised at all times. All spa services include complimentary use of the spa facilities, including the steam room, hot tub, seasonal outdoor plunge pool and fitness facility. Please note that all spa facilities are subject to availability.
VALUABLES
Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. We are unable to replace lost or damaged items. Day lockers are available in the change rooms.
